Hale County Stock Show – 2024 Scholarship
Who is eligible to apply?
High School SENOIRS who meet the following criteria:

- Are a member of Hale County 4-H or FFA
- Have exhibited an animal in the HCSS a minimum of 3 years, including the most current year*.
- Have an 80 or above average.
*Time rule could be waived if stock show rule prohibits individuals from exhibiting at county level.
Qualifications for the scholarship will be based on:

- record of scholarship
- record of accomplishments in FFA or 4-H
- extracurricular accomplishments
Scholarship funds may be applied to any ongoing education and the winner need not pursue an agriculture related field.
Recipient of the Scholarship:
Will receive notification via email. Proof of enrollment along with the school’s scholarship office information after enrollment in a college or vocational school must be provided. When this information is received, a check will be sent to the school.
Instructions:
- Request your transcript and give the Scholastic Record Form to your principal to complete.
- Type a two page, double-spaced 4-H/FFA Narrative commenting on the following:
- What has FFA or 4-H done for you?
- Would you recommend FFA or 4-H to someone else and why?
- What are your life goals and how would this scholarship help you toward achieving those goals?
- Compile the following supporting documents:

- 4-H/FFA Narrative
- Portrait Photo
